We reserve the right to make any change on how we are processing your data from time to time without any prior notice. If you continue using this site after making changes to the Privacy Notice, it will be considered as complete acceptance of the new terms.

This site may contain and provide links to third party websites not within our control. We shall not be liable and responsible for privacy practices or content of any other websites except for our own site.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Notice is subject to and governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. And any dispute regarding this Privacy Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I have read and understood this Privacy Notice. By submitting information to MJI Electronic Trading LLC, or by using MJI’s site, applications, or services, I willingly and expressly consent to MJI’s collection, use, processing, sharing and storage of my information in the manner set out in this Privacy Notice.
